As General Contractor Walker Ridge takes responsibility for overall coordination of the entire construction project including providing all of the labor, material, equipment (such as engineering vehicles and tools) and services necessary for the construction. We will handle documentation, full site management, cost management including estimation and change orders, we manage drawings, specification and manuals. We hire specialized subcontractors to perform specific tasks or portions of the construction work and we supervise their work, exercise QC and assume final responsibility for the deliveries. We take care of all necessary permits or help the client's representative how to obtain them, we provide temporary utilities on site, secure engineering resources, manage and dispose construction waste, monitoring schedules and maintaining job safety and full records.

Walker Ridge's project management team completed over 400 projects in 20 years. We have immense experience in the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work, managing even large teams to deliver specific results, meet specific criteria at the specified time.

Design–Build service from Walker Ridge represents a project delivery system where we are responsible for both design and construction services as the sole Design–Build Contractor. We are open to both architect-led and contractor-led approaches, it usually depends on the project or the client's preference. Either way, for clients it offers the peace of mind of having a single point of responsibility, it minimizes the risk and ensures seamless delivery even in projects with overlapping design and construction phases.
