Commercial

Kurimanzutto

The full buildout of a 6,000-square-foot contemporary art gallery in Manhattan’s High Line district. The project transformed a white-box commercial space into a fully functioning gallery with integrated offices and back-of-house areas. Scope included a new cast-in-place concrete topping slab with a high-speed buffed finish, gallery-grade wall construction with reinforced backing, and spray-painted exposed ceilings. Custom millwork, a kitchenette, and new tiled bathrooms were installed throughout. Building systems upgrades included new plumbing, sprinkler modifications, a water-source heat pump HVAC system, and a complete gallery lighting buildout.
